Programs that address violence, particularly those that work with male survivors of violence, are only as successful as the frontline staff who provide the direct services to communities in need. In this brief, we will cover in more detail the type of training these workers need, and specifically the training required for certification by the Health Alliance for Violence Intervention (HAVI) as a Violence Prevention Professional.
