The "Invest In Peace" community violence intervention (CVI) rally will take place next week Thursday, May 11th at the Minnesota State Capitol. The HAVI is one of the partners behind this event and the purpose is to increase CVI awareness & raise support for a legislative push prior to the end of legislature session on May 12th.
